I see dead people....

For anyone who has any doubts, the spirit world is real. From the earliest age, I saw people 'who weren't there'. I was ridiculed, and I became introverted, and even going to pastors for prayer didn't help. I used to see visions of things that were happening on the other side of the country, or a few blocks away, or things that were happening at home while I wasn't there. All of these were accurate. I also saw 'shadow people' (demons), and I also saw angels. When I was older, after I was born again, I talked to God about this. I told him I felt judged by other Christians, but I had not gone looking for this 'gift' - I was born with it. I told him if it was from him, that was fine, but if it wasn't, could he please take it away? It was a softly spoken prayer - but from that day, the visions stopped, and the visitations stopped. To this day, the only time he gives me spiritual sight is for the purpose of prayer, and I sometimes get words of knowledge. This 'gift' is not common. Some who have it embrace it, and others don't know how to fight it. I would encourage you to take it to Jesus. He does give these sorts of gifts, but it is different when it's from him. You don't need psychiatric help. Be comforted that this is a simple thing for him. If you have embraced your abilities, be careful about what you are communicating with - they can masquerade as angels of light.
