Lawlessness and Persecution

3rd June - I woke up at 3.57am. I asked God if he had woken me up and if there was something he wanted to say. Then I fell asleep and went into another dream similar to the last one. I was comforting a woman whose husband had died, but she looked at me with cold eyes and said, "I never really loved my husband," and she was not at all moved by his death. She went on to tell me that her role as wife and mother "is just role-play. Sometimes I bond with the people I'm placed with, but it's all role-play." Then she said something really strange - "I designed the lamps myself, so they would project the light, but we never even used them." Then I was talking to another person who had been dabbling in adultery and he said to me, "it depends what you call iniquity." In this dream, as in the last, I was taken into grubby little back rooms, where illicit deals were taking place. As this man was trying to take me into one of these rooms, I saw a gun being pointed at someone in there, so I ducked away to find a way out. As I was squeezing between people, looking for the door, I heard a few people calling, "all the white people, come this way" - as though they wanted all the white people in this room to be shot. I don't know if white symbolized Christians / bride or if it was literal racism. I ignored the call and kept looking for a way out. There was a thug guarding the door, and as I slipped past him to get out, he looked at me with such hatred and loathing and he said in a very contemptuous tone, "every time we try to get you, that prophet Jesus gets in the way." I understood that he was calling Jesus a prophet in a contemptuous way - he knew who Jesus really is, but he was intentionally being insulting. Then I woke up. The only people I know of who call Jesus a prophet are Islamic. I got the feeling that this demonic spirit of hatred was hiding in the guise of Islam, but it was purely Satanic. I prayed on this dream immediately and felt God was telling me to open my Bible - so I picked it up, but then felt led to use my phone Bible - which is not normal, I hardly ever use it. When I opened the app, it opened on Psalm 37 v 28-33: "The Lord loves justice; he will not forsake his saints....The wicked watches for the righteous and seeks to put him to death. The Lord will not abandon him to his power or let him be condemned when he is brought to trial."

A few hours later, I was relaying this to my mom, and she said, "you won't believe this, that is the same scripture I was led to read in my morning devotions." What a wonderful encouragement!

These dreams both had a lot of guns and lawlessness, and a vast spectrum of nationalities - maybe this just indicates that the events will touch many nations.

When looking at scripture in relation to these dreams, Matthew 24 and Timothy talks about lawlessness being practised, people being cold hearted and brutal, selfish, it talks about persecution of Christians by all nations, and of course Ephesians talks about the coming of the lawless one. It is seeming to me that the Lord is pointing to this period of time, in these dreams. According to Luke 21 and Mat 24, this will be preceded by racism (nation against nation) and upheaval (kingdom against kingdom) - we might be witnessing the beginnings of that right now (George Floyd / US v China / Israel about to annex territories, etc.) The scriptures also say the great rebellion has to take place first, and we have been seeing a lot of protesting across the globe recently - the beginnings of the rebellion?
